How do I make an appointment?

Where can my vehicle be detailed?


Only mobile services are offered as we are completely self-contained meaning we can bring our own water and power to your home, or office location


How long does it take to detail my car?


A FULL DETAIL, typically requires 4+ hours, while an INTERIOR or EXTERIOR ONLY DETAIL requires only around 2 hours. Please allow more time for pickup trucks and SUVs. We can give you a better time frame once we complete your pre-service inspection.


What is your service area?


We provide mobile detailing to the Montgomery County area, generally along i-270 county including but not limited to Rockville, Gaithersburg, Germantown and Clarksburg. Please review our service map. We are still willing to work with you if your location is a little outside of the boundaries. Please call us if the location is farther.


How do I pay?


We accept Cash, Card, Zelle, and PayPal.


How often should a vehicle be detailed?


At least once per year well-maintained vehicles, or every six months for vehicles that accumulate a lot of pet hair, dirt or debris on a daily basis. Detailing has proven to be effective in getting you a better resale/trade-in price.  So, if you are planning on selling/trading your car, make sure to have it detailed within a week of selling/trading it.


When To Polish My Car?

We only recommend polishing as needed, which is typically around once a year based on how the paint is taken care of. Multiple-Step Paint Corrections do slightly take down the clear coat to smooth out imperfections, thus this heavy form of polishing shouldn’t be done too often to preserve the paint. However, light buffing and polishing can be performed multiple times throughout the year. Keeping the paint in good condition will ensure it needs less frequent heavy correction.



Should I pay before or after the service is completed?


Full payment will not be required until the completion of the detail. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final product prior to payment. Also, the payment at the end may differ due to the possibility of additional approved services.


What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment or I forget my appointment?


Appointments may be rescheduled online or via phone within at least 24 hours of notice. We send reminders to all appointments the day before via email, as well as sending you a text message or calling an hour prior to your appointment. 


What if I'm running late for my appointment?


When you know you will be delayed,  please  call us  as we may still be able to accommodate you, depending on our schedule any given day. If you are more than 15 minutes late without calling us, we will consider your appointment a no-show. Please note this will forfeit your $15 non-refundable deposit.


How do I cancel my appointment?


At least 24 hours is required to cancel an appointment via online, by text, or by calling us.
